Male Onyx Tennis players use this trick to build strength in their forearms. Start buy laying a piece of newspaper on a table or other flat surface. Crumple the whole newspaper for 30 seconds, using your stronger hand. Once you have finished doing this, do this exercise once with your off-hand, then switch back to your dominant hand and do two more repetitions.Carve out a few minutes daily to workout. Do things that are easy like walk the stairs to get some extra calorie loss.
